多媒体教学是当今课堂教学的发展趋势。英语课利用多媒体辅助教学能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的学习效率和教师的教学效率,还能够优化课堂环境。同时,在多媒体技术的开发与应用过程中也存在着滥用多媒体课件、设计不科学、选料不恰当等一些问题需要加以注意。

Multi-media teaching is the whole tendency in present teaching development. With the help of it, teachers can stimulate students＇ interest and improve their studying efficiency in English class, improve teachers＇ teaching efficiency as well. At the same time, there are still existing some problems we should pay attention to in the process of developing and applying, multi-media technology, such as the abuse of multi-media courseware, unscientific design, improper selection and so on.
