摘要
目的:对国家药品标准中收载的细辛脑注射液含量测定方法进行改进。方法:色谱条件为C18柱(Inertsil ODS-3,5μm,4.6×250mm),甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长257nm。流速:1.0ml.min-1。结果:线性范围为0.078～0.156mg.ml-1,r=0.9998。平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.1%。结论:本法准确可靠,简便易行,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective：To improve the determination method of Asarone Injection. Method： The C18 column was applied, using methanol-water（70 ： 30） as mobile phase with flow rate 1.0ml@·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 257nm. Result：The linearity range was 0. 078-0. 156mg·ml^-1,r= 0. 9998. The average recovery rate was 100. 2% and RSD was 1.1%. Conclusion：This method is accurate,reliable and convenient with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
