摘要 具有装饰性铬镀层外观质量,但没有镀铬过程污染环境和损害健康的Sn-Co合金镀层,为解决Cr^(6+)污染提供了一个完美的解决途径。同时该合金电镀所具备的优良的分散能力和深镀能力使得一些复杂零件在不需要象形阳极的情况下也能获得良好的装饰镀层,与阴极电流效率只有15%~20%的镀铬过程相比,其90%~95%的阴极电流效率大大地节省了电镀过程的能源消耗。 A Tin-cobalt alloy coating with appearance similar to chromium, but having none of the environmental or safety hazards associated with chromium, offers a solution to the environmental pollution problems of chromium plating.It provides a plated finish with the appearance and service life of decorative chromium. Its excellent throwing and covering powers allow more complex parts to be plated without the use of auxilary anodes. The 90%~95% cathodic current efficiency of this alloy plating as compared to the 15%~20% of chromium plating saves much of time and energy consumption.
