摘要
赏识教育作为一种新的教育管理模式，适应新时期学生的特点孕育而生，并在实践中取得了很好的效果。文章分析了高校学生管理工作面临的新问题以及管理中如何运用赏识教育，试图探索适应时代要求的有效的高校学生管理模式，改革和创新高校学生管理工作。
As a new education management model, appreciation was born to suit students＇ features in new times. It has brought about good effects in practice.
