Using CGE Model to simulate and explore correct path, method, policy and measures of China＇s dual economic structure transformation has great application potential and space. Based on summarization of theoretical research of dual ecoaomie structure at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional dual economic theoretical research and introduces CGE Model and its advantage in quantitative research.
