区域利益共享机制就是在公平、公正、分享的原则指导下,通过中央的统筹兼顾和区域相互间的沟通协商谈判,实现共同分享改革发展的成果的机制;包括由市场机制、合作机制、互助机制、扶持机制四大机制组成的互动机制和由资源开发占用补偿机制、资源利用收益分享机制、资源保护付出补偿机制和环境治理投入补偿机制四大机制组成的补偿机制。

Under the guidance of fair, justieial and sharing principle, balanced regional benefit-share mechanism uses interregion consultation and negotiation of central government＇s overall consideration to share the achievement of reform and development, including interactive mechanism such as market mechanism, cooperation mechanism, helping mechanism and supporting mechanism, resources development expropriation compensation mechanism, resources utilization profit-share mechanism, resources protection cost compensation mechanism, environment management investment compensation mechanism and so on.
