基于模糊综合评价法的钻井作业安全性评价

SAFETY ASSESSMENT OF DRILLING WELL BASED ON THE FUZZY INTEGRATIVE E-VALUATE METHOD

在油田开发与勘探中,钻井作业工序繁多,操作复杂,使机械设备、操作工人、作业环境置于较大的风险之中。为了明确钻井过程中的风险因素,以钻井工艺过程划分单元,归纳各个单元中存在的风险事故类型及隐患事故类型。简单介绍模糊综合评价法的一般步骤和方法,并运用该方法对石油钻井基本过程进行安全评价,得出钻井过程的安全级数,指导钻井作业过程,并有效地预防事故的发生,减少财产损失和人员伤亡及伤害,提高作业过程的安全操作性。

During the exploitation and survey of oil fields,the working procedures are various and the operations are complex that lead to equipments,workers and working condition suffer risk. In order to makecertain the risk factors,the writer plots out some elements based on the working procedures of drilling well,concludes the kinds of risk and potential risk. The same time,introduces simply the general method and steps of fuzzy integrative evaluate method,and applies the method to fulfill the safety assessment of the basic process of petroleum drilling well,ascertains the level of safety,guides the operating procedures,prevents effectively the occurrence of accident,reduces the loss of estate and casualty or hurt of workers,improves the safety operability of drilling well.
