摘要
报导了近十年来微波技术在介电损耗角正切大,即(εs—ε∞)高的一类聚合物加工中的应用概况。介绍了微波技术在环氧树脂微波固化、纤维增强环氧复合材料微波固化、环氧-聚氨酯复合材料微波固化、含有金属粉环氧复合材料微波固化、聚酰胺酸的微波酰亚胺化、等离子体微波辐射聚合、微波热拉伸、极性单体的微波引发聚合上的研究概况,并对互穿聚合物网络、梯度材料、胶乳互穿聚合物网络的微波合成。
The application of microwave to polymers.which have high dielectric loss tangent(high ε s~ε ∞) in the last ten years is reviewed in this paper.The application of microwave to curing of epoxy resin,fiber reinforced epoxy composite,epxoy polyurethane composite,metallic powder filled epoxy composite,to the imidation of polyamide acid,to the irradiation polymerization of plasma,to heat stretch,and to the initiation polymerization of polar monomer are introduced.The prospect for the microwave synthesis of interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN),gradient material and latex IPN,the microwave chemical modification of polymer and leather is also discussed.
