摘要
介绍采用挤出片熔融复合的有增强线网的无纺织物土工膜、纺织织物复合土工膜和防老化复合土工膜,研究了膜结构和增强网对机械性能的影响及膜的耐老化性能。结果表明,按拉伸强度一般编织织物复合土工膜>无纺织物复合土工膜>土工膜,按伸长率一般土工膜>无纺织物复合土工膜>编织织物复合土工膜。无纺织物复合土工膜具有较好的排水性能,可通过增加一个增强线网提高拉伸强度和降低伸长率。在纺丝、拉丝和挤出片材前加防老化母料,可提高土工膜的耐老化性,由测试结果表明,采用该所的防老化PP,人工加速老化性能达到200h,拉伸强度保持率75.5%,300h达68.2%,200h的人工加速老化相当于2年的自然气候曝晒试验。
In this paper the non woven fabric reinforced civil construction composite film produced by melt extrusion, woven fabric civil construction composite film and ageing resistant civil construction composite film are introduced. The effect of film structrure and reinforcing net on the mechanical properties and the ageing resistance of the film were studied. The results showed the tensile strength of general woven fabric civil construction composite film was better than that of non woven fabric civil construction composite film, and that of non woven fabric civil construction composite film was better than that of general civil construction film; the elongation of the above mentioned films were quite the contrary. The non woven fabric civil construction composite film had better water permeability, and the use of reinforcing fabric net could increase its tensile strength and decrease its elongation. The ageing resistance of civil construction composite film could be improved by adding anti ageing master batch before fiber spinnning, fiber drawing and sheet extruding. Results of determination showed when the ageing resistant PP produced by Changzhou Plastics Research Institute was used in the determination, the artificial speeding up ageing resistance of the product was up to 200h ,tennsile strength holding ratio was 75.5%, and 68.2% for 300h, the artificial speeding up ageing resistance for 200h was equal to that of weather exposure test for 2 years.
