摘要
当前,中国劳动关系在劳动合同、劳动标准、劳动保障和劳动争议等方面还存在着较多的问题。解决这些影响和谐劳动关系构建的问题,需要政府、企业、工会、员工和其他组织分别从不同的方面进行共同的努力。
Currently, there are a lot d problems in China＇s labor relations, such as labor contract, labor standards, labor and social security, labor disputes, etc. In order to resolve these problems, the government, enterprises, trade unions and employees should make great efforts from different anglos.
