摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步深化,社会经济成分、利益关系、分配方式、劳动关系等领域发生了革命性变革,工会工作的定位、对象、机制等方面也随之发生了巨大变化。工会要不断适应新阶段工作发展的要求,就要坚持以科学发展观为指导,不断探索工会工作的创新机制,带领广大职工群众为全面实现“十一五”规划的各项目标再立新功。
Along with the development of China＇s socialist market economy system, there have been great changes of social economic component, interest relationship, distribution mode and labor relations, so do the status, objects and mechanism d trade union work. Trade union should meet with the new phase and explore the innovation mechanism guided by the scientific concept of development, lead the workers and staff to make new contributions for realize the objectives of the 11th five- year plan.
