摘要
所谓“柔性参与”指的就是员工在争取各种参与权的过程中或在已经取得参与权之后,应该在正确把握管理者心理与行为趋向的基础上,寻找能够真正触动其内心世界的切入点,以非强制性的姿态和方式有步骤地与其进行交流和沟通,促其心悦诚服地改变,并心甘情愿地付诸行动。
"Flexible participation" means that in the process of striving for employees ' right to participation or after they got the right to participation, employees should seek for the cut - in point which can touch heart of the management on the basic of holding their psychology and behavior tendency, exchange and communicate with them by non - forcing behavior and manner so as to make them changing and committing to action sincerely convinced.
