The Controversy of the Reform and Choice of the Reform

2005年,对于改革的反思演变成了改革开放以来的“第三次论争”。这场讨论虽仍带有意识形态色彩,但基本上是社会阶层分化的现实利益表达。平息这场论争也不是靠领导人的一些谈话所能化解的。以人为本的科学发展理念、构建全民共享的和谐社会目标的提出,才使我们的改革事业在新的历史起点上真正跨入了新的征程。

In 2005,the introspection of the reform developed into ＂the third controversy＂ after the reform and opening-up. Although still there was ideology color in this discussion ,it was basically expression of the realistic interests that social stratum spliced up. The controversy can not be dissolved by some leaders＇talk. Human-oriented scientific idea of development and constructing the proposition of the harmonious social goal that the whole people share, are our reform undertaking that really strides into the new journey on the new historical starting point.
