The study of the governance of electronic wastes with circular economy is just at the starting phase in China. With the development of economy, the contradiction between the economy development and environment deterioration brought out is becoming acute, especially the electronic wastes, which arouses broad concern in the society. So the governance of electronic wasters with circular economy is quite meaningful and necessary.
