高校师生对教学质量满意度的评价分析

An Analysis of the Teaching Quality Evaluation Made by University Teachers and Students

采用整群抽样的方法,利用自编问卷就某高校师生对教学质量满意度的评价反应实施调查,结果显示:师生在该校教学条件及利用方面表现出不满,但在教师师德修养和敬业精神方面则表现出比较满意。因此,树立正确的质量观,认清教学质量的重要性,是高等教育可持续发展的基本前提;抓好教学基本建设是确保教学质量的基础条件;加大教学投入和加强师资队伍建设是提高教学质量的重点;开展教学改革,优化教学管理是提高教学质量的关键;调整学科专业结构,加强学科专业建设,建立具有特色的教学质量内部保障体系是改变教学质量现状的当务之急。

This paper investigates the teaching quality evaluation made by some university teachers and students. The investigation result shows that both the teachers and students are dissatisfied with the school facilities and their uses, but are contented with the teachers＇ moral quality and their love for work. Therefore, it is a prerequisite to the sustained development of higher education to have a correct view of teaching quality and its significance; it is essential to the improvement of teaching quality to increase educational investment and reinforce the staff; carrying out reforms and optimizing management is a key to improve teaching quality; it is urgent to change the status quo by readjusting the disciplines, speeding up the building of disciplines and subjects, and establishing the special-featured quality-guaranteeing mechanism.
