摘要
实施教师继续教育是提高我国师资队伍整体素质的重要措施,影响着我国素质教育的实施,关系到我国教育事业的发展和振兴。对中学体育教师继续教育现状进行了全面的调查,分析了体育教师继续教育中存在的问题,为教师继续教育的发展提供对策。
The continuing education of P.E. teachers is crucial for the improvement of the teachers＇ overall quality, the implementation of character education of the students, and the development of sports in China. Through the comprehensive investigation of the current situation of the continuing education of the P.E. teachers at middle schools, the paper analyses the existing problems in order to provide countermeasures.
