我国成人体育继续教育改革与终身体育观

Reform of sports adult continuing education and life-long P.E. concept in China

分析了我国成人体育继续教育的现状,并提出了对策:成人体育教育要以为成人学习服务为宗旨;强化政府职能,形成有效运行机制;加强校企合作,促进企业高层次人才培养;强化质量观念,建立教育质量保证体系;充分利用现代信息技术。

The paper analyses the current situation of the adult continuing education of sports in China and proposes countermeasures. It proposes that the continuing education should serve the adult study; that the government function should be strengthened and the effective operational mechanism should be established; that the cooperation between schools and enterprises should be strengthened to improve the sophisticated talent development of the enterprises;that the education quality should be first. Meanwhile the educational quality guarantee system should be established and the modem technology should be fully used.
