The paper points out that subjective education in the aerobics teaching is of great significance for the establishment of new educational concept, the development of the students＇ subjective awareness, the stimulation of their potential, the development of the creative thoughts, the enhancement of teaching quality and the achievement of comprehensive development of the talents.
