在市级中医院建立自主型大急诊体系的实践与探索

Establishing autonomy emergency medical service system(EMSS) in city level Chinese traditional medicine(CTM) hospital

结合市级中医院发展现状及特点,分析了医院传统通道型急诊体系存在的问题和不足;论述和总结了医院从事业发展需要出发,通过提高认识、加强领导,强化制度建设,开展专业化人才培养,合理规划急诊区布局及完善硬件设施,实行全程质量监控,发挥中医特色等探索和构建自主型大急诊体系的做法及经验。

Adapted with the characteristic and development of city level TCM hospital, the weakness of traditional tunnel emergency system was discussed. With the countermeasures of promoting consciousness, strengthening leadership, establishing rules, training professionals, rational planning emergency system arrangement and total quality control, a new EMSS design was mentioned.
