摘要
选取我国四所MBA培养院校,通过中外MBA培养对比,在比较中找出四所院校各自培养特色:清华大学“综合+专业”式MBA培养基地,北京理工大学“技术+创业”式,中欧国际工商学院“国际化+本土化”式,郑州大学“专业+实战”式;从市场需求和校园文化等方面分析了特色形成的原因。
This paper compares four MBA prograrnmes and discusses their different features. Four patterns are revealed to demonstrate the particularity of each programme: Tsinghua University follows a comprehensive course plus major pattern, Beijing Institute of Technology follows a technology plus innovation pattern, Insead follows a international plus local pattern, and Zhengzhou University follows a major plus case study pattern.
