A Study of Zhang Wentian's Ideas on Anti-Bureaucracy

在土地革命时期,张闻天在党内较早地提出了反对官僚主义,在抗日战争时期,尤其是在建国不久,其反对官僚主义的思想日趋系统。张闻天不仅深刻揭示了官僚主义的危害、产生的根源,而且提出了消除与克服这种祸害的根本途径和各种举措。他对官僚主义的理论剖析以及同官僚主义斗争的重大举措,对今天我国的社会主义民主政治建设具有重要的指导和借鉴作用。

During the period of Agrarian Revolution in China,Zhang Wentian previously put forward a proposal of anti-bureaucracy among the leaders of The Communist Party. His ideas formed the organic system during the period of anti-Japanese war, especially after the founding of People’s Republic. He not only indicated the danger and original source of bureaucracy but also proposed the fundamental ways to overcome and eliminate it. His theoretical analysis and sound proposal are still of great importance for the current construction of socialist democracy in China.
