摘要 在当前期刊同质化现象突出的背景下,学报编辑的学术品牌意识尤为重要。这首先要求编辑具备学术研究的意识,学报编辑要不断地培养学术意识和学术素养。其次,学报编辑应当具备品牌创新意识,要在准确把握期刊市场定位的基础上,加强特色栏目的策划意识和创新意识;同时还应当突出公关意识,加强特色栏目的品牌推广和公关。再次,编辑作为先进文化的创造者和推动者,必须具有强烈的社会责任意识。 As the homogeneity phenomenon is so common in periodical field, it is of great importance for journal editors to bear trademark consciousness in journal editing. Firstly, editors should have consciousness of doing academic studies, continually cultivate their academic consciousness and perfect academic accomplishments. Secondly, based on market-orientation, they should have innovative consciousness to create journal trademark and strengthen the planning consciousness. At the same time, it is also necessary for them to emphasize publicity consciousness to introduce the characteristic columns to the world. Thirdly, being the creator and promoter of advanced culture, they should have strong social responsibility.
