糖瘀消胶囊对实验动物血液流变性及微循环的影响

Effects of capulases of Tangyuxiao on hemorrheology and microcirculation of experimental animals

目的探讨糖瘀消胶囊的活血化瘀作用。方法以注射盐酸肾上腺素复加冰水浴的方法制备大鼠的血瘀证模型,观察糖瘀消胶囊对模型大鼠血液变性的影响。同时,以微循环显微观察该药对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。结果糖瘀消胶囊能明显降低血瘀证模型大鼠的全血粘度。小鼠耳廓微循环实验表明,糖瘀消胶囊高、中、低剂量能增加正常小鼠耳廓微动脉、微静脉的管径,加快微循环的血流速度。结论糖瘀消胶囊具有显著的活化化瘀作用。

Objective To explore the effects of Tangyuxiao capsule on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Method Reproduce the rat model of blood stasis by injecting adrenalin hydrochlofide and bathing in ice water, observe effects on hemorrhelogy of rat models and on microcirulation of mouse aumcula with microdecrease whole blood viscosity of rat models of blood stasis The medicine can increase diameter of normal mouse ausicula microartery and venule, quicken the velocity of blood stream of microcirculation. Conclusions Tangyuxiao capsule has good effects inpromoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
