宁夏不同产地胡卢巴中薯蓣皂苷元和黄酮的测定 被引量:1

Determination on flavonoids and diosgenium of trigonella in different areas of Ningxia

摘要 为了测定宁夏不同地区栽培的胡卢巴的薯蓣皂苷元和黄酮质量含量,采用高效液相色谱法测定胡卢巴中的薯蓣皂苷元质量含量,采用OD S色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相,体积流量为0.8m L/m in、检测波长为210nm,柱温为室温下,以芦丁为对照品、硝酸铝为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法,于505nm处测定胡卢巴中的黄酮.试验结果表明,宁夏四个不同地区的胡卢巴中薯蓣皂苷元的质量含量以永宁地区为最高,其他三个地区基本接近;而胡卢巴中黄酮质量含量四个地区基本接近,无明显差异,胡卢巴茎叶中的黄酮质量含量高达18.5m g g/,远远高出其种子中的黄酮. To determine and compare contents of diosgenin and flavonoids in trigonella in four different areas of Ningxia, which offers scientific base for the internal quality of trigonella cultivated in different areas of Ningxia, the content of diosgenin in trigonella was performed by high performance liquid chromatography on an ODS column with methanol at 0. 8 mL/min flow ratio, detected wave length at 210nm, and column temperature at room temperature; rutin and aluminum nitrate were used as reference sample and revealing agent respectively, flanonoids in trigonella was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and the measurement was conducted at 505 nm. Results showed: the content of diosgenin in trigonella in Yongning was the highest, the other three areas were almost similar. The content of flavonoids in trigonella was nearly no difference in these four areas. The content of flavonoids in leaf and stem of trigonella was 18.5 mg/g, which was much higher than its seeds.
