Civilian Buddhism is the special form of Buddhism transmitted into China. It has two different systems and it manifests the differences in intercourse and communication between India civilization and Chinese eivi ＂hzation, elite eultore and popular culture, legitimacy culture and heresy culture. And it offers a successful example for civilized intercourse and communication. Under the background of globalizafion and modernization, it is still an enormous theoretic problem about how to deal with the relation between religion and secularization.
