摘要
连锁经营企业主要通过规模扩张以实现其规模经济效用,而外派员工在其连锁扩张进程中起到了不可估量的作用。通过对其在人力资源管理中所遇到的问题剖析,进一步构建连锁经营企业外派人员管理模式,为企业的后续发展带来勃勃生机。
The expansion in the chain enterprises is a leading way to achieve their scale economic profit, in the process, how to assign the staff to franchised company has played an inestimable role. Finding out the problems in human resources management, we will further build up a personnel management model in the franchised company which can make a prosperity in the chain business development.
