高职计算机专业如何贯彻“以就业为导向”的人才培养模式

How to Carry out the Employment-oriented Professional Cultivation Pattern in Computer Speciality of Vocational Colleges

高职教育必须树立以就业为导向的办学理念,合理调整专业培养方案和课程体系,不断深化教学改革,培养创新能力,提高学生的综合素质。应该以就业为导向,优化专业结构,调整计算机类专业方向的设置；以提高应用能力和创新能力为出发点,深化教学改革,建立培养计算机应用型人才的新模式；以提高岗位竞争力为目的,加强素质教育,提高学生综合素质；以转变就业观念为目的,开展就业指导教育,建立高职计算机专业人才培养模式。

In higher vocational education, we must build up the employment - oriented value to adjust reasonably specialities and curriculums for improving the overall performance of students through deepening the teaching reform and inspiring innovation. This paper elaborates the following subjects： how to set the specialities and optimize their structure according to the employment - oriented policy; deepening the teaching reform and building up the new pattern of professionals cultivation to improve the student＇ s ability of application and innovation; strengthening the making education and improve the overall makings of the students which can make the students to obtain job easily; how to carry out the obtain - employment direction education for changing the students＇ conception of employment, etc. At the same time we probe into the professionals cultivation pattern in computor major.
