经济法是干预经济之法,经济法视野下的干预有着丰富的内容：干预经济的主体是国家和社会团体,社会团体的干预权力来源于国家。经济法干预经济有直接干预和间接干预方式,随着市场经济的发展,干预方式逐渐由直接干预转向间接干预,非权力性干预逐渐增多。

As an intervention law, the interference of the economic law to the economy has many contents： the subject of the interfering is the nation and institute in which the power is from the government. The patten of interferrence has divided into direct one and indirect one, with the development of the market economy, the later will become its main means and nonpower interference will be increased.
