HDPE树脂用多功能复合助剂的研制

摘要 结合大庆HDPE生产装置,采用抗氧剂、热稳定剂、加工润滑剂等多种单一助剂进行多功能复合助剂研制,通过正交试验,确定各单剂比例,进行复配。测试复配剂(DF-5)应用产品的熔体指数、拉伸屈服强度、清洁度等各项质量指标与优级品指标比较。结果表明,复配剂性能优越,可提高HDPE树脂的抗氧化老化性、热稳定性及加工性能,其应用产品性能达到甚至优于优级品HDPE。复配剂可以降低主剂用量,减少粉尘污染,杜绝下料堵塞现象,从而稳定产品树脂质量,降低生产成本。 Based on the production unists for HDPE in Daqing,the development of polyfunctional compounded agent with antioxidant,heat stabilizer and processing lubricant was made,the compounding ratio of the agent was determined by orthogonal test and compounded agent was made.Determination of the melt index,tensile yield strength and cleaness of the product, to which the compounded agent was applied,and comparisons between the above mentioned indexes and those of products of superior grade were also made.The results showed the compounded agent had superrior property,could be used for the improvements of the oxidation resistance,heat stabilitty and processability of HDPE resin,making the properties of the resin come up or surpass those of HDPE of superior grade.The use of the compounded agent could reduce the use of other additives,decrease dust pollution,put an end to waste blocking up ,make the quality of the resin stable,and lower production cost.
