在现代化连铸工艺生产过程中,铸坯需按一定长度精度进行切割,本文提出的模拟定尺切割系统,利用铸机自带的西门子S7-400PLC控制系统编程,实现了铸坯高精度定长切割,与传统的红外定尺系统相比,具有投资少、故障率低、运行稳定等优点,在冶金行业具有广泛的应用前景。
