浅谈坑口电厂优化设计的几点体会

Preliminary discussion on the optimal design of the pit-mouth power plant in Chinese coal mines

从资源优化配置,树立全局观念,因地制宜采用新设备、新工艺、新布置,按照规程确定设计方案等方面论述了如何优化设计坑口电厂;通过现场实例,比较了不同煤泥管道输送系统的特点;强调了要树立“务实、创新、高效”的设计理念;指出在设计过程中,工艺、控制、土建等专业要密切配合。

Discussed is how a pit-mouth power plant is optimally designed in such regard as optimal disposition of resources,adopting an overall point of view,employing new equipment,process and plan arrangement matched with local condition and design option determined according to regulations;with a concrete example,compared are special feature of different pipeline system for slime water;emphasized is the design concept of 'practicability,innovation,high-efficiency';pointed out is the close coordination between technical process,control and civil engineering in the course of design.
