摘要
引进高学历、高素质人才进入高校教师队伍,是保证学校教学水平、教学质量的前提,这已成为人们的共识,但用人单位只注重高学历而忽视教学能力也是不争的事实。本文通过对广西四所普通高等医学院校近三年引进的青年教师进行学历、教学能力测试和教学效果评价的现状调查和结果分析,认为不是学历越高教学能力就越强,教学能力是人的一种潜在能力,可以通过培养、训练提高。而高学历只是保证教学效果、教学质量的前提。对青年教师缺乏教学经验,如何帮助他们尽快地从被教育者转变成教育者,提出了几点建议。
It is all known that introducing teachers with high educational qualifications and high quality into the colleges is the premise to guarantee the teaching level and quality. However, colleges only pay great attention to high educational qualifications. Through researching young teachers' educational qualifications, teaching ability test and teaching effect appraisal, who were introduced in recent three years by four medical colleges in Guangxi and analyzing the result, we consider that high educational qualifications is not the determinant factor to the teaching ability and is only the premise to guarantee the teaching effects and teaching ability. Teaching ability is only one kind of humans' potential abilities, which can be improved by cultivation and training. We put forward several proposals to solve the problem of lacking teaching experience and help them change from students to teachers as soon as possible.
