摘要
本文在阐述教学质量管理的重要性及全面质量管理新理念的基础上,对扩招后的地方高校教学质量管理体系进行了构建。
After elaborating importance of the teaching quality manage and the new idea of total quality control （TQC）, this text constructs the managemen system of the teaching quality after enrolment expansion in the local colleges/universities.
