摘要
中等职业教育是中国职业教育的主体,中等职业技术教育的培养目标决定了要培养“双师素质”教师。自1990年王义澄先生首次提出“双师型”(“双师素质”)教师概念至今,有关“双师素质”教师定义标准的说法很多,但目前对其内涵和资格认定还没有形成统一的认识,本文对此进行一些理论阐释,作初步的探讨。
Secondary vocational education is the main body of China's vocational education and its cultivating object detrmines the cultivation of"Double Competency"taeching staff. In 1990, Wang Yi-chen proposed the conntation of "dual-type"teacher ("double Competency"teacher) for the first time and up to now there are various explantions of it, but no unitive understand of its connotation and qualifying comes into being. This paper tries to give some preliminary theoretical explanation of it.
