摘要
采用吹塑法生产无增塑剂聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜为基膜,在基膜与铝层之间涂覆一层特殊黏接层,再进行真空镀铝,制成基膜/黏接层/铝层三层结构的 PVC 镀铝膜,解决了传统 PVC 镀铝膜存在的铝层附着力差、铝层表面发暗的问题。着重对基膜的配方、黏接层材料的选择、镀铝工艺进行深入探讨,通过正交试验法确定涂覆工艺。
Unplasticized PVC was blown as a base film, both sides of which were first coated with an adhesive layer and subsequently coated with aluminum in vacuum. The traditional problems of adhering and darkening of the aluminum layer were overcome. The formulation of the base film and the adhesive layer, and the coating technique were investigated, and the parameters were determined via orthogonal test.
