摘要
研究和探索了攀钢无铬钝化环保镀锌产品的成膜机理、辊涂工艺;通过工艺优化,稳定了无铬钝化工艺参数,提高了攀钢无铬钝化镀锌产品的表面质量和产品性能。
The mechanism of film formation and roller coating technology for chromium -free passivating galvanized product were studied.By technology optimizing, the technology parameters were stabilized, and surface quality and properties of product were improved.
