介绍了在大H型钢生产中利用激光淬火技术对合金锯片进行硬化处理的情况,具体介绍了锯片的成分、淬火工艺及参数选择。经过激光处理后的锯片使用性能和寿命大幅度提高。
The laser quenching technique used in alloy saw blade hardening treatment during H- beam production was introduced. The composition of blade and quenching parameters were described. The performance and service life of blade can be greatly improved after hardening.
