摘要
BOAI提出了实现开放存取的两种途径。其中之一是自存档,即建立开放存取仓储。文章介绍了自存档和开放存取仓储的含义、开放存取仓储的种类和软件、相关项目,并重点对其经济机制、质量控制和版权问题作了分析和介绍。
BOAI puts forward two ways of realizing open access. One is self-archiving, that is, to establish open access repositories. This paper states the implication of self-arehiving and open access repositories, categories and software, related items, specially introducing and analysing its economic mechanism, quality control and copyright.
