子宫内膜炎症的病理形态学观察

THE PATHOMORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ON ENDOMETRIUM OFPATIENTS WITH ENDOMETRITIS

应用组织学特殊染色方法,观察了23例刮宫所得子宫内膜炎症的宫内膜组织形态学变化,其共同特点是子宫内膜发育迟缓;临床子宫内膜不规则出血的病例,均出现间质局灶性出血和水肿;而且间质特别是血管附近出现一致性网状纤维增生及中等度胶原化。这些间质的形态学变化特点为临床病理的诊断与治疗提供有价值的依据。

We observed histological changes of endometrium in 23 cases of patients with cndometrits by special histochemical stain.The commom characteristic wasahdometrum hypoevolutism.Focal hemorrhage and edema of stroma appeared in some patients with irregular uterus bleeding. The reticular fibers increased and callogerous in middle degree about stroma, especially aroud vasa.These histological changes in stroma provide the value basis for clinical and pathological diagnosis and treatment.
