摘要
湛江东兴石油企业有限公司原设计加工原油的总硫含量小于0.2%,为适应市场变化,拟加工含硫原油,急需了解装置对加工合硫原油的承受能力,因而开展装置适应性评价。适应性评价采取理论计算与专家经验相结合的方式进行,并将设备,管道的实际用材与设计选材导则进行对比;工艺防腐主要结合现场情况和专家经验,给出工艺防腐建议改造方案。依据以上几方面的数据和资料对炼油生产装置加工劣质原料进行适应性安全评价,对于现存的安全隐患以及可能存在安全隐患的部位结合专家经验给出可操作的解决方案。
The original design for Zhanjiang Dongxing Petroleum Enterprise Co. Ltd. processed crude oil with total sour content less than 0.2%. In order to adapt the market change into processing sour crude, the adaptability evaluation was carried on for the purpose to understand how the unit' bearing capacity of processing sour crude. The adaptability evaluation was performed on the combination of theoretical a-rithmetic and experts' experience and the material actually used for equipment and pipe was compared with the guidelines of design selection. The modification scheme for process anti corrosion was provided mainly based on the field scenario and experts' experience. The adaptability safety assessment of refining unit to process sour crude was made based on the above information and the solution for the positions of existing and potential safety hidden danger was put forward based on the experts' experience.
