摘要
继电器的反力特性对于继电器的设计研制、装配调试以及可靠运行均具有重要作用。簧片的柔度是反力特性计算的基础。本文基于变形能法,对簧片的柔度进行计算,进而得到可求解任意形状触簧系统反力特性的通用计算方法。采用该方法计算了某型号电磁继电器的反力特性,并用测试装置对该继电器反力特性进行了测试,结果表明本文所给出的通用计算方法的精度可满足工程应用的要求。在此基础上,本文采用V isualC++对该方法进行了软件实现,编制了工程化软件系统。计算分析过程表明,电磁继电器反力特性通用计算软件系统界面友好、建模方便、计算速度快,可为继电器设计及研究提供一定的帮助。
Spring force characteristic is very important to relay' s design, assembly, debugging, reliable operate. Spring compliance is foundation of spring force characteristic calculation, so first of all, this paper works out spring compliance based on deformation energy method, then a universal calculation method that can calculate spring force characteristic of any shape spring system present in the paper. To prove the validity of the universal method, spring force characteristic of a certain electromagnetic relay is calculated by the method, and the real spring force characteristic is tested with a testing equipment. The comparison result indicates that universal method in spring force characteristic calculation of electromagnetic relay can meet the requirement of engineering application. Based on all of these, Visual C ++ is adopted to development a software system in spring force characteristic calculation of electromagnetic relay. This software has characteristic of friendly interface, easily modeling and quickly calculating, and can do some help to relay' s design and research.
