The Impact of Taiwan's Constitutional Reform on China's National Reunification

随着时空环境的改变,1946年底在南京制定的“中华民国宪法”的政治角色与功能正在发生微妙的变化。台湾多数民众对这部“宪法”有他们的感情和坚持,对此我们需要在一个中国原则下予以尊重和包容。如何客观评价这部“宪法”中的积极成分和合理内核,如何深入了解台湾地区“宪政改革”的政治本质,是两岸最终完全统一过程中必须充分重视和深入研究的问题。

Along with the change of political environment, the role and function of the ＂constitution of ROC＂ written in Nanjing in 1946 was changed delicately. Most of the people in Taiwan have their own sensations and persistent on this ＂constitution＂. We should respect and tolerate these under one China principle. How to evaluate the positive and reasonable part of the ＂constitution＂, how to understand the political essence of Taiwan＇s ＂constitutional reform＂, are the issues we should face and pay attention to during the course of national reunification.
