摘要
探讨小型甘蔗收割机台架机构理论建模及分析方法;并对台架系统进行动态分析,通过常模态分析和受迫振动分析,得出影响其振动的主要频率和振型,通过对振型的分析,提出应加强台架横梁、耙轮轴及液压缸的刚度。进一步完善小型甘蔗收割机虚拟数字样机的建立及研究。
This article has discussed the theory model and the analysis method of the gantry device of the small sugar cane harvester. It has carried on the dynamic analysis to the gantry system. Through of the modality analysis and the forced vibration analysis, We obtained the primary vibration frequency and model of vibration which influenced the vibration. Through of the analysis to the model of vibration, we could propose that we should strengthen the gantry crossbeam, the rake wheel axle and the rigidity of the hydraulic cylinder. The establishment and the research of the virtual small sugarcane harvester have been consummated.
