圆墙板专用数控铣床控制系统的设计

摘要 研制成功了XYB-Ⅱ型专用数控铣床,论述XYB-Ⅱ型圆墙板专用铣床数控系统的总体设计方案及微控机床工作原理,给出详细的单片机微控系统原理图和自动循环加工软件流程图。采用本机床加工可大幅度降低工人劳动强度,有效提高加工生产率和提高工件精度。 The special numerical control milling machine of XYB - Ⅱ type is made successfully. This article treatises the total design project of the numerical control system of the special milling machine used for circle wall plank and the work principle of the machine controlled by tiny computer. It also gives out the system principle diagram controlled by single chip in detail and the flow chart of the software of the process of automatic recycle. Using tiffs machine to process can lower the worker's labor strength significantly and increase production and the accuracy of the process efficiently.
