磨削+生物敷料覆盖改善烧伤创面微循环的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 磨痂+生物敷料覆盏面部烧伤创面后,改善了局部微循环。加速了创面愈合。方法 面部深Ⅱ°创面采用普通钢丝球和电动磨痂机粗细兼顾,磨去创面坏死层,以基底泛红,有针尖状出血点为止,然后用生物敷料覆盖,创面愈合后一年内随访。结果 本组病人48例,创面愈合时间7-12d,平均10.5d。45例肤色正常,皮肤弹性好,2例有花斑状色素沉着,1例有轻度的疤痕增生。结论 磨痂+生物敷料覆盖可以改善局部的微循环,防止烧伤后微血栓的形成,阻断伤后进行性加重。能加速创面愈合。 Objective To observe revascularization of burned wound treated with biological dressing after dermabrasion. Methods The bruned facial wounds were abraded with wire brush and electric abrading machine. Necresed layer of the wound was removed and the base was bleeding, then it was covered with biological dressing. The patients were followed up for one year. Results The wound healing time of 48 cases was from 7 to 12 days, mean healing time was 10.5 days. The healed wound bad normal color with good elasticity in 45 eases. There was spotted pigment in 2 eases and scar hyperplasia in 1 ease. Conclusion Biological dressing after dennabrasion can improve microcirculation of the wound, increase tissue blood supply and speed up wound healing, which made the treatment simple and cheap. It had good social effects and economic benefit.
