摘要
肝细胞生长因子是一个多效的间充质因子,可以调节细胞的生长、运动和形态,具有促进血管生成,保护血管内皮、心肌细胞和抑制细胞凋亡及氧化应激等多重作用。本文就其与各种心血管疾病之间的关系做一综述。
Hepatocyte growth factor （HGF） is a mesenchyme-derived pleiotropic factor which regulates cell growth, cell motility, and morphogenesis of various types of ceils, and is thus considered a humoral mediator of epithelial-mesenchymal interactions responsible for angiogenesis, apoptosis and oxidative stress, etc. This article reviewed the relationships between HGF and cardiovascular diseases.
