尿道下裂危险因素的Logistic回归分析

Logistic Regression Analysis on the Risk Factors of Hypospadias

目的:分析尿道下裂危险因素。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对86例小儿尿道下裂的相关因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果:危险因素按OR值排序,依次为先兆流产、杀虫剂、雌激素、保胎药、有机溶剂、洗涤剂、孕早期感冒、孕早期不当用药、胎龄<37周。结论:加强孕期保健,避免孕期特别孕早期病毒感染、不当用药及接触有机化学溶剂对于预防尿道下裂的发生有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the risk factors of hypospadias. Methods Applied retrospective study,analyzed the correlation factors of 86 pous pedo-hypospadias by multiple factors and noncondition logistic regression analysis. Results Sort the risk factors by turns according to OR value, threatened abortion, insecticide, oestrogenic hormone, tocolytic agent, organic solvent, abstergent, subcalorism and mal-medication in inchoated duration of pregnancy, conceptus age 〈 37 weeks. Conclusion It＇s important significance to prevent hypospadias by reinforcing antenatal care; avoiding viral infection, real-medication and touch organic chemistry solvent in duration of pregnancy especially nonage.
