摘要
介绍了伺服系统、直流伺服控制系统、交流伺服控制系统的概念,以及交直流伺服系统的优缺点,并针对GD-X2设备上烟库下烟器电机经常损坏的原因,提出用交流伺服电机替换原设备上的直流伺服电机,并论述具体实施方案以及改造后的效果。
This paper introduces concept of servo system, DC servo control system and AC servo control system as well as advantages and disadvantages of AC and DC servo systems. In addition, aiming at reasons of frequent damage to motor of cigarette unloading unit of GD-X2 facility cigarette storage, it puts forward the solution of using AC servo motor to. replace DC servo motor on original facility, and dissertates specific implementing scheme and effect after rebuilding.
