摘要
目的:了解美国执业药师短缺状况。方法:通过文献和数据比较,分析美国执业药师的供求状况、短缺产生的原因及影响,并介绍美国为此所采取的对策。结果与结论:处方数量的增加、药品不良反应的增多、药师职能的扩大和药学类毕业生供给不足等造成了美国执业药师供不应求,此问题也应引起我国相关部门的重视、思考和借鉴。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the situation of licensed pharmacist shortage in the USA. METHODS： By the literature review and the date comparison, the situation, reasons and trend of USA licensed pharmacist demand and supply were analyzed. The approach adopted in the USA was introduced. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Striking growth in prescriptions, more ADRs, expanding roles of the pharmacist and the lack of graduates majoring in pharmacy lead to the shortage of licensed pharmacists, this problem should also be regarded and considered by the related departments in China.
