液体口服制剂分剂量准确性分析

Analysis on the Accuracy of Liquid Oral Medicines in Distributing Dose

目的:探讨液体口服制剂分剂量的准确性。方法:对我院目前使用的液体口服制剂进行调查,并对苯海拉明合剂、氯雷他定糖浆、盐酸班布特罗口服液、丙戊酸钠糖浆4种液体口服制剂按3种常用分剂量方法取样,将取样结果进行准确性统计分析。结果:药品取样量越小,准确性越低;不同的取样标准取样体积相对标准差不同,以药瓶刻度线为取样标准的准确度最低。结论:应改进液体口服制剂分剂量包装。

OBJECTIVE： To study the accuracy of liquid oral medicines in distributing dose. METHODS： The liquid oral medicines currently used in our hospital were investigated, 4 kinds of liquid oral medicines including benzhydramine composition, loratadine syrup, hydrochloric bambuterol syrup, valproate sodium syrup were taken according to the 3 commonly used dosing methods and the accuracy analysis was conducted for the sample liquid. RESULTS：The smaller the sample amount is, the poorer the accuracy is. RSD varies by the different sampling standards and the accuracy of the medicines sampled according to the scale on the bottle is the poorest. CONCLUSION： It should to improve the distributing dose package of liquid oral medicines.
